Welcome to the Fit For Fall Challenge Over the 6 weeks, we will focus on our habits, nutrition and consistency with our workouts! I know how busy the school year can be and it takes some extra effort putting that time in for you + focusing on your goals. This 6-week challenge will give you all the extra motivation as we show up and put in the work together! The accountability and community aspect is one of my favorite parts! The NEW 6 week hybrid program (app based) launching with the challenge includes both gym and home options, 4 day split with an optional 5th day! The home and gym guides correlate, so if you need to hop back in forth between the two - that's perfect! The program incorporates weight lifting with conditioning through EMOMS, AMRAPs / interval training. The perfect combination to test both your strength and endurance. We will also start with a group baseline test to kick off the challenge that we can retest 6 weeks later and watch ourselves improve!
