Heels Dance Class (Online)

Beginner Heels offers the opportunity to slow it down, embrace your sexuality and sensuality, and build the technique needed to dance safely in heels. Tiger will be unpacking how our femininity can support us in our movement and be used to empower us. Use this class as a way to fall in love with yourself! Heels are not required, knee pads are recommended.
